Ed McLaughlin is a bootstrapping entrepreneur and author. He is the Founder of four B2B businesses and an investor in start-ups and real estate. He was an Executive with Johnson Controls, a Partner at Trammell Crow Company, a Regional Marketing Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and a salesman for IBM. Ed founded a real estate services company, United Systems Integrators Corporation in 1991, and grew it into an Inc 500 Company. It was sold it to Johnson Controls in 2005. Ed became CEO of their Global Workplace Business for the Americas. He was honored by Ernst and Young as Entrepreneur of the Year for Business Outsourcing in 2001. Having bootstrapped four companies, Ed just released a new book, “The Purpose Is Profit: The Truth about Starting and Building Your Own Business.” The book is for entrepreneurs, frustrated corporate managers, and transitioning professionals with a burning desire to start their own business.

Gary is a life long self confessed foodie who started his first garden when he was 8. His first job was at a catering company when he was 13, making $1.50 an hour and all he could eat. The first real job he had was washing dishes and later went to work at one of Cincinnati’s 5 Star restaurants.

Pamela Levin started academically with a base in engineering and a MBA, then used it to catapult her to build skyscrapers! But now she is an entrepreneur in the health and well being industry.
