Robbie Bach joined Microsoft in 1988 and over the next 22 years worked in various marketing, general management and business leadership roles. Beginning in 1999, as Chief Xbox Officer, he led the creation and development of the highly successful Xbox video game business. Now in his new role as a “Civic Engineer,” Robbie believes we all have a responsibility to engage on civic issues and dedicates his time and energy to providing strategies, creative ideas, and consulting to organizations who are driving positive change in our communities. He speaks to corporate, academic and civic groups across the country and in 2015 completed his first book, “Xbox Revisited: A Game Plan for Corporate and Civic Renewal.”

Seth Estep has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2020 and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He assumed responsibility for Petsense in January 2020. Seth first joined Tractor Supply in 2005 as a Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, a role he served in until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Seth was an Equity Research Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets. He rejoined the company in 2008 and held various leadership roles in Merchandising with increasing responsibilities until 2014, when he was promoted to Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager. Beginning in 2017, Seth served as the Senior Vice President, General Merchandising and was named a member of the Company’s Executive Committee in June 2019. Seth is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Belmont University with an MBA in Finance. He serves as President of the Board of Directors of Saddle Up!, a non-profit that provides equine-based therapy to children with disabilities.
Monica Lopez serves as the North American Vice President of Brand Marketing for Stanley Black & Decker’s Global Tools & Storage division. Monica is a visionary. She is passionate about bringing strategic clarity to complex organizations creating a profitable growth roadmap for Fortune 500 Brands. Monica is an innovative, and results-driven marketing leader with well-rounded professional experience as brand marketing, insights, media, and analytics lead at Procter & Gamble, WhiteWave, Georgia-Pacific, and Kimberly-Clark. Monica is a multi-lingual communicator (English, Spanish, French) with international experience in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Monica attended the Escuela Superior de Turismo where she earned a degree in Strategic Planning. She received both an MBA and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). To further her professional development, Monica completed a Corporate Education Seminar in Building Strategic Agility from Duke University. Monica currently serves on the board of the Melton Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
