Curtis Bateman – Vice-President of FranklinCovey and one of the Authors of Change: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity

Leaders like to proclaim a change and then go back to whatever they were
working on. That leaves their people floundering, trying to figure out
what in the world. Leaders need to move from monologue to dialogue
where they stay engaged with the change.

Publishing a book is just a process, we documented that process, and
took some clients through as Guinea pigs. We did a handful in 2015
and now we do between 50 and 60 books a year.
