Mike Figliuolo is the Founder and Managing Director of thoughtLEADERS. thoughtLEADERS services are designed to build solid leadership, communication, strategy and operational skills. Mike runs a blog on the thoughtLEADERS website and is the author of “One Piece of Paper: The Simple Approach to Powerful, Personal Leadership,” which is designed to help leaders define who they are and what their personal leadership philosophy is. His other book,  “Lead Inside the Box: How Smart Leaders Guide Their Teams to Exceptional Results,” shows leaders how to better allocate their energy across their team members to achieve higher levels of performance. Reverend Dr. Heather Wright – Author of Sacred Stress: A Radically Different Approach to Using Life’s Challenges for Positive Change

Reverend Heather Wright is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, and an ordained PCUSA minister. She is also a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Board Certified Chaplain, and a member of the American Counseling Association, the International Association of Trauma Professionals, and Spiritual Directors International. Heather holds a B.A. from University of Virginia, a Masters of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Doctor of Ministry degree from San Francisco Theological Seminary. An accomplished writer, Heather has written three published books, Redeeming Eve: Finding Hope beyond the Struggles of Life Small Group Leadership as Spiritual Direction, and Sacred Stress, For nine years, Heather was a full-time graduate school professor in Counseling and Pastoral Theology, alongside maintaining a counseling private practice in Colorado and Washington. She was one of the co-founders of Mars Hill Graduate School and spent the past six years directing a non-profit ministry, Greenwich Chaplaincy Services, as their Chaplain and Director of Spiritual Care. Heather has also taught courses at the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling.
