Cary Carbonaro is a Certified Financial Planner. She provides objective, impartial and comprehensive Private Wealth Management Services, but she is more than just your everyday CFP, Cary is a teacher, therapist, translator and all-around financial advocate. Her 20-plus years of diverse financial experience includes eight years on Wall Street at JP Morgan Chase, three years at Citibank as a Vice President and two years as a Director at Lord Abbett Investment. Due to her vast financial experience, Cary was an Education Manager for the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and was also a National Instructor for the Kaplan Professional/Dearborn division of the accelerated CFP program. She taught at Fordham University and was the President for the Florida Financial Planning Association in 2006. Because of her credentials, Cary is an Orlando Sentinel “Money Matters Hotline” Expert. Joanie B. Connell, Ph.D. is the founder of Flexible Work Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership assessment, development, and retention for all levels-executives, professionals, early career, and youth. She works hand-in-hand with organizations and individuals ranging from the Fortune 100 setting to not-for-profit, government as well as a host of other industries. Joanie is the author of “Flying Without A Helicopter: How to Prepare Young People for Work and Life,” released in December 2014. She also served as a university professor teaching business and psychology students of all ages at the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego, the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University, and in the Masters in Human Behavior program at National University.
