Katharine Halpin – President & CEO at The Halpin Companies, M&A Experts, CEO Coach

KPMG reports that 83% of M&A deals (mergers and acquisitions) fail to achieve the desired goals and objectives. Katharine Halpin’s mission is to fix that disappointing statistic by focusing on the lunch room, not just on the Board Room. Her clients build strong teams, companies, communities and economies by using more strategic and sustainable approaches, with results that not only meet expectations, but far exceed projected goals and in shorter time-frames. Katharine founded this company in 1995 to fill a void she saw everyday in her CPA career. The firm has amassed a suite of tools and methods to exponentially increase value by actually leveraging the transition. Many of their clients have realized growth in value of 200% – 300%. Katharine is also an Author, Speaker, and Management Consultant. Her book is called Alignment for Success: Bringing Out the Best in Yourself, Your Teams, and Your Company.
