Jack Gibson – Co-Owner of High Return Real Estate, LLC

Jack Gibson knew from an early age that punching time clocks and working for someone else wasn’t enough, which is what drove him into building businesses and being his own boss. Living a healthy and active lifestyle has always been important to him, that’s why he built a successful company that coached clients on effective nutrition and fitness strategies at age 21. Upon discovering the profitability of real estate, he bought his first home as an investment. One home quickly became five, and when those five were doing really well, he added more. Soon, he had over 50 investment properties that were all performing well and creating a steady flow of passive income. He was excited to tell everyone about everything he learned. Now he helps investors find high yield, cash flow producing properties, without the headaches and time that traditional property ownership entails. His team handles the acquisition, rehab, tenant placement, and property management. It’s one thing to buy an investment property, it’s quite another for the rent checks to hit your account every month without your involvement. Today, Jack dedicates his time to mentoring other entrepreneurs, building his real estate investment portfolio, and helping other investors build a brighter future through the power of passive real estate income.
