Sue Reninger is celebrating 25 years since starting RMD! What a great accomplishment! Sue has been responsible for the complete strategy and direction of RMD, a company focused on PR for restaurants and emerging food businesses. They work with clients such as Rudolph Foods, Dei Fratelli, Tandoor Chef, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Champion Food, Bil-Jac Dog Food, Little Caesars Fundraising Kits and Panera Bread to develop new strategies for their businesses and distinctive brands. Her talent as a manager and leader has given rise to RMD’s employee focused culture, which has at its core a creative and engaging environment. Sue is the past President of the American Marketing Association, where during her tenure as President earned the prestigious honor of being named the International Chapter of the Year. She is a past Advisory Board member of the International AMA’s Chapter Council, Communities In Schools and the Hunger Food Alliance. Today, Sue is a member of the Board of Directors of Central Ohio’s Alzheimer’s Association. She has been honored with the prestigious NAWBO Visionary Award and Marketer of the Year from the American Marketing Association.

Previously, Claire held leadership and management positions with Sylvan Learning Systems and FASTSIGNS International. With more than 20 years of business experience, she learned the strategies and skills necessary to lead, manage, and motivate employees all over the world. Drawing from her background in improvisational comedy and education, Claire’s customized workshops use participatory methods that teach practical knowledge and skills through highly interactive methodologies and real-life business lessons. She has the ability to quickly read people, assess situations, then communicate and recommend solutions, to differentiate her coaching. Claire is known for her upbeat, energized, fresh, fun delivery that is motivational, always practical, and business-forward. In 2010, Claire was named one of the Top 25 Women to Watch in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal. Most recently, she was certified as a Laughter Yoga Leader. She has been a radio show host and authored the book, Circle Up! Creating a Culture of Fun and Productivity through the Lens of Improvisational Comedy, along with a score of training manuals.
