Matt Curry is one of the top auto entrepreneurs in the country. He rans a 10 location auto repair company in Northern Virginia and Maryland.  As a passionate automotive enthusiast with over 32 years of automotive aftermarket experience, he realized that there was a need for a trustworthy repair facility. He envisioned a shop that did it all – a shop that performed exceptional work and was staffed with professional, courteous and competent automotive technicians. Curry’s grew to over 150 employees and sold the business for $16 million. In 2008, Matt saw a need in the market to service hybrid vehicle owners and purchased eight Toyota Priuses to learn about these vehicles and show his commitment to hybrid technology. The Hybrid Shop was born. He won the Smart 100 CEO award from SmartCEO Magazine. His business was named to the Inc. 5000 list in 2009, 2010, and 2011. In 2012, Curry’s Auto Service was ranked the 126th fastest growing business. Motor Age Magazine, a leading automotive magazine, called his shop the Top Shop in America. Matt won the Locally Grown Hero Entrepreneur of the Year from Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). He was a finalist for the The Jefferson Awards which are the Nobel Prize for public service and recognizing companies that build community service into their corporate culture.

Mr. Frees heads the Firm’s Trust, Estate and Wealth Preservation Section, and Co-chairs the Elder Law Solutions section of the Firm. Mr. Frees serves, or has served, on the boards of multiple trust companies and trust committees. He has appeared on National Public Radio (NPR), and is a frequent speaker in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration and communication and presentation skills. Mr. Frees has been awarded the designation of Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Philadelphia Magazine in multiple years (by Super Lawyers©, a Thomson Reuters Company). Mr. Frees was named as a “Top Lawyer” in Trusts, Wills and Estates by Main Line Today Magazine. He is also the founder of Business Black Ops. He now uses his experience to teach leadership, sales and marketing, persuasion, influence, interrogation, and negotiation to audiences ranging from computer hackers turned “good guys” to entrepreneurs, the military and  to civilians.
