Udoema is the recipient of two Congressional awards for her work in the small business development arena. 2017 National Small Business Person of the Year 3rd Place and 2017 Virginia State Small Business Person of the Year Accomplished and internationally recognized as a motivational speaker, workshop facilitator and project manager.
