Vince Ponzo is the Director of Columbia Business School’s Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center and an Adjunct Professor in the Management Division at the school. Prior to joining Columbia, he was General Manager at General Assembly (an offline education business), and helped launch RadMatter, an on-campus recruiting startup. Vince spent a decade at Fidelity Investments and Citigroup in roles ranging from finance to training. This is a wide ranging interview that covers every topic in entrepreneurial development.
