Nancy Snell is a professional productivity coach. Today, she shares her secrets for all entrepreneurs to be more productive and to get things done. Her process is fast and gets measurable results. Vince Ponzo is the Director of Columbia Business School’s Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center and an Adjunct Professor in the Management Division at the school. Prior to joining Columbia, he was General Manager at General Assembly (an offline education business), and helped launch RadMatter, an on-campus recruiting startup.
