Bill Bregar – CEO at Loss Prevention Systems, Inc
Bill Bregar founded Loss Prevention Systems, Inc. in 1983. He served our country through the United States Army as a Military Policeman and Military Intelligence Officer with Top Secret Clearance. Bill holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Private Security Administration and Management and is a trained and Licensed Private Investigator. He has developed and operated national Loss Prevention programs at the National Director level for large leading retailers such as The Athlete’s Foot. They also have on staff Regional Loss Prevention Managers for companies in big box, hardware/ home improvements, department store, footware and more. He was Chairman of the Georgia Retail Association – Board of Directors and on the Kennesaw State University – President, Advisory Board.
Lee Platt – CEO of Avening Management and Technical Services, LLC (AveningTech)
Lee Platt is the CEO of Avening Management and Technical Services, LLC (AveningTech) and has over twenty-five years of experience supporting Federal Government information technology, information assurance, command and control, law enforcement, logistics and intelligence operations. A veteran of the US Army, she is a member of the Women Veteran’s Entrepreneur Corps (WVEC); a graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland (LSM); a graduate of Women Veterans Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE); a graduate of Tech Stars Patriot Boot Camp; a graduate of the Veteran’s Institute for Procurement (VIP), a member of the Inc 500/5000 Military Entrepreneur Special Delegation, and a 2014 participant in the Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders Initiative. Lee is also a member of Women in Public Policy (WIPP), through which she completed their Federal Contracting Certificate Program; a member of Women in Defense (WID); and a member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). AveningTech began operations in January 2013, and currently employs 70 highly qualified technical experts who support Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy programs around the world. AveningTech was recently honored by being selected as the Leading Edge SBDC Small Business of the Year-2016.
