David Muir Jr. – Senior Vice President of Veteran Staffing Network
David Muir is the head of a social enterprise project of Easter Seals of DC/MD/VA, the Veterans Staffing Network. They are dedicated to getting our veterans and their spouses into good jobs and providing top tier military talent to employers. He led a “cradle to grave” government procurement cycle ($4.5M award) including forecast analysis, response to RFI/RFP, proposal development, desktop publishing, project management, instructional design, training documentation, in-person content delivery, report generation, status meetings with government and prime contractor representatives, personnel management and video/multi-media production. He created a job search training workshop that is supported by The Ohio State University and used by the Virginia Employment Commission. He acted as a SME, Solution architect and lead instructional designer for the redesign of the Dept. of Labor/VETS Employment Workshop, developed multiple lines of business in the government and commercial spaces, recruited for national and international positions, analyzed, optimized, and/or created multiple systems and training programs, and operated and recovered failing multi-million dollar restaurants.
Phil Randazzo – Founder of American Dream U
American Dream U is an event for Military Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Sailors and Coast Guardsmen who are interested in starting their own businesses and finding their dream jobs. This event is taught by actual entrepreneurs and at Military Installations. This makes this program unique.
He is also active in Defending Freedom wristbands. The organization supports men and women fighting for our Country, the wounded and their families, and the Fallen Heroes who have given their lives for this Country. Paul was given the key to the City of Las Vegas, was recognized by US Congress, and was recognized and awarded by the City of Las Vegas.
Angela Cody-Rouget – Certified Professional Organizer and Founder of Major Mom
Angela Cody-Rouget is founder and CEO of Major Mom®. She has two decades of training in order management and served in the U.S. Air Force for 13 years and thrives in orderly environments. The Major Mom vision is to be the most recognized and respected organizing firm nationally and internationally. In October 2009, the Major Mom Training Academy was opened. They have trained 60 apprentices via academy classes as of March 2016. Her team currently has 32 fabulous Liberators (Professional Organizers) serving clients in Arizona and Colorado. She was selected for Shark Tank Season 7 and was a Finalist in 2016 Arizona’s SBA InnovateHer business plan and pitch competition. Major Mom was voted Emerging Business of the Year 2010 & 2011. It was awarded annual “Champion of Free Enterprise” by Sales Pros 2013.
