Terry Ogburn is the President of Ogburns Business Solutions, a business development company that focuses on small business owners and entrepreneurs and has developed a process that helps them learn the importance of working on their business instead of being caught up in the day-to-day grind. Terry began his business career in 1979 when he invested his last $118.42 to start an air conditioning service business. By 1984, he won the award for “Outstanding Young Businessman of the Year” for the State of Florida. His success led him to join several large-scale businesses to turn them around including UniGlobe Active Travel, Radio Shack, MetroCall Paging, AT&T Wireless, and Century 21 Real Estate. In December 2005, Terry chose to return to his true passion helping Independent Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners plan, launch and develop their businesses. His clients include, Northwest Wealth Management, MarineMax, Cosmic Studio, IMScalable, and many more.

John D O’Connor – Founder and Principal of O’Connor and Associates

John O’Connor is an experienced trial lawyer, practicing law in San Francisco since 1972. He has tried cases in state and federal court throughout the country. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern California from 1974-1979, representing the United States in both criminal and civil cases. Mr. O’Connor has held the highest Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating for over 25 years, and has consistently been named a “SuperLawyer” by his Northern California peers. Among his interesting assignments have been representation of the government during the OPEC oil embargo of the 1970s; writing Fifth Amendment and “state of mind” briefs for the prosecution in United States v. Patricia Hearst; representing the FDIC, FSLC and RTC during the savings and loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s; representing California Attorney General Dan Lungren in campaign-related litigation; defending R.J. Reynolds Tobacco in significant smoking and health litigation; representing Coach Don Nelson in litigation with Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban; and representing W. Mark Felt regarding the revelation of his identity as Deep Throat. John also the co-authored A G-Man’s Life: The FBI, Being Deep Throat and the Struggle for Honor in Washington, a memoir written by Mark Felt.
