Jared Kleinert is the co-founder and co-author of 2 Billion Under 20 and Founder of Kleinert Ventures. Jared was an early team member at enterprise software start-up 15Five and edtech start-up Learnist. At 17, he was named the “Definition of Social Entrepreneur” on Forbes, and has since appeared in Fast Company, Techcrunch, Business Insider, Huffington Post, and other media outlets. Jared has spoken on TEDx stages and has shared the stage with various thought leaders including Kevin Harrington, Les Brown, Charlie Hoehn, and even Pitbull. The topics he covers vary from Millennial empowerment, youth entrepreneurship, community-building, to much more. Kleinert Ventures has developed solutions for everyone from #1 NYT Bestselling authors to Olympians, founders of billion dollar brands, and various Fortune 500 companies. Robert Jansen – CEO of TekStream
Robert Jansen leads daily business operations and oversees the development and execution at TekStream. Rob has been in the information technology sector for nearly 15 years providing leadership, consulting and implementation services to leading Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to founding TekStream, Rob was Vice President of Sales for Enterpulse at Idhasoft and responsible for forging and managing the strategic alliances of the company, including Oracle. In addition, Rob was responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s sales forecast and serving on an executive team to manage the company’s strategic decisions for sales growth, resource investments, and operational strategy including the profit and loss report. In this capacity, Rob’s leadership allowed Idhasoft to grow revenues over 220% from 2009-2010 and increased profitability to allow for the continued investment in people, systems and processes to support the organization’s growth. Rob has worked with startup, regional and global companies including the American Cancer Society, ExxonMobil and Proctor and Gamble. In addition, Rob was part of the Management Consulting practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he helped global organizations design and develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions using SAP.
