Ari Meisel – Founder of Less Doing – A productivity expert focused on optimizing operations and helping entrepreneurs work more efficiently
Anytime you hear yourself using the word ‘every’—every time I do a new
radio show, every time I bring on a new client, every time I send a newsletter
—that word ‘every’ should be a trigger and a flag in your mind that this is
a repetitive action, and repetitive actions are dying to be automated in
some form or fashion.

Ari Meisel
In 2006, Ari Meisel was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease—an incurable and often debilitating condition affecting the digestive tract. His case was severe, requiring more than a dozen daily medications and frequent hospitalizations. After hitting a personal low point during one hospital stay, Ari committed to transforming his life and rebuilding his weakened body. Through a disciplined regimen of yoga, nutrition, natural supplements, and intense physical training—including triathlons and CrossFit—Ari began to fight back against the disease. Over time, he was able to eliminate his symptoms, discontinue all medications, and eventually receive confirmation that he was free of all traces of the so-called “incurable” illness. In June 2011, he achieved a major milestone by competing in Ironman France. Ari has since shared his journey at seminars and on the TEDx stage, inspiring audiences with his triumph over adversity. His personal transformation led him to develop Less Doing, a methodology based on optimizing, automating, and outsourcing tasks to reduce stress and increase efficiency in both life and business. Rooted in data collection, self-tracking, and continuous improvement, Less Doing empowers others to reclaim their time and well-being—just as Ari did.
