He is also the creator of Badge, a proprietary presentation assessment tool which helps entrepreneurs discover and maximize their presentation style. Scott is the author of two books, “What’s Your Presentation Persona?” (McGraw-Hill, 2017) and “How to be a Presentation God” (Wiley, 2011). If Scott is not co-hosting his Presentation Scientists podcast, you will find him on a long run, as a 2x Ironman, 7x marathoner, and competitive triathlete.

Steven Floyd has been in the financial arena for over 35 years and is an experienced author, lecturer and tax strategist. Steven is passionate about the philosophy that “It is every citizen’s right and obligation to pay the least amount tax that is legally possible.” To that end, he has devoted his entire career to educating and guiding his clients to building and maintaining the wealth, that they have worked so hard for. He was a V.P. Commercial Loan Officer, managing a diverse portfolio of small to medium sized businesses. After several years in banking he moved to the private sector as CFO and Controller for a construction and development company, which provided him hands-on experience in the real estate industry. In 1992, Steven started working with other individuals as an equity partner in a variety of industries, which provided him insight on how the entrepreneur thinks and feels. Realizing his experiences and expertise were centered in business management and real estate, In 1998, he opened his own private financial practice firm that includes: tax planning & preparation, business management, investment advisory services and retirement/ estate planning services.
