At age 26, Chris Butsch has been called “The Dr. Phil of Millennials” and “The Malcolm Gladwell of Happiness.” After graduating from Vanderbilt in 2013, Chris entered a promising career in IT project management only to be diagnosed with clinical depression just before his 24th birthday. Realizing the gravity of the Millennial generation’s struggle with happiness, Chris left his career to study happiness full-time, interviewing Millennials from 31 countries and researching cutting-edge happiness science. Chris published his first book, The Millennial’s Guide to Making Happiness, in January of 2017. Chris and his book have been featured in dozens of media outlets, and Chris has spoken at universities and organizations around the world.

Todd Hollander – EVP, Head of Business Banking at Union Bank
Todd Hollander has been on the show before. He is a managing director and head of Business Banking for MUFG Union Bank, N.A. The Business Banking group serves businesses with up to $50 million in annual revenues and offers a comprehensive group of products and services for businesses and their owners, including deposit solutions, loans, lines of credit, specialized credit programs and online business products. A 25-year industry veteran, Todd served as vice chairman of the Consumer Bankers Association’s (CBA) Small Business Banking Committee during 2015. In October 2015, he began serving a two-year term as the committee’s chairman. He graduated from San Diego State University and completed post graduate work at Stanford, the University of Chicago, and the Consumer Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. Union Bank announced the results of its annual Small Business Economic Survey, showing that small business owners are less optimistic about 2016 than 2015 mainly because of uncertainty surrounding election implications and interest rates. Half of business owners are either unprepared or don’t know if they are prepared for interest rate chances. Forty four percent of owners believe the Affordable Care Act is the most concerning election issue for them, followed by immigration, equal pay and foreign trade.
