David Hyner is a renowned professional speaker and director of Stretch Development LTD and is a Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association. In 2000, David created Stretch Development, a research based training provider to the corporate and education sectors. Since then, he has held face to face interviews with some of the words highest achievers and most effective people from the world of sport, music, arts, politics and enterprise. This research has enabled David to understand how people achieve at the highest possible level and fulfill their potential to the maximum. From this research, David has presented hundreds of keynote deliveries, keeping the audience gripped from beginning to end. He speaks to approximately 30,000 young adults each year. David has also hosted various shows around the topic of positive thinking, on BBC Radio. In addition, he has been a lead and featured author in many published and self-published works including a credit as a featured author in Judy Barber’s, Amazon best selling coaching book ‘Good Question.’ David has also raised nearly £500,000 for various charities including organizing a charity trek for over 80 people along the Great Wall of China.

Dr. Michael Glauser is the Executive Director of the Clark Center for Entrepreneurship at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, business consultant and university professor. He is the co-founder and CEO of My New Enterprise, an online training and development company. He sold Golden Swirl Management Company and Northern Lights to CoolBrands International. His consulting clients have included Associated Food Stores, The Boeing Company, Esso of Inter-America, Harmon Music Group, Saudi Consolidated Services, and USANA Health Sciences. Michael held faculty positions at the University of North Carolina, Westminster College and Utah State University. He published articles in magazines and professional journals, and two books on entrepreneurship and he appeared on Great Day America, First Business from Washington, Voice of America, Good Morning Chicago, the G. Gordon Liddy Show, and Associated Press Radio. He recently completed a 4,000 mile bicycle ride from the west coast of Oregon to the east coast of Virginia to interviewed 100 entrepreneurs who have successfully merged livelihood and lifestyle. The trip was covered by Inc., Forbes, Fast Company, CNN Money, and Entrepreneur Magazine and is chronicled in his new book “Main Street Entrepreneur.”
