Mike Townsend is the founder of HomeHero, a company designed to build the fastest, most-affordable way for families to find high-quality in-home care for seniors. Less than two years after its creation, HomeHero became the highest-rated health care startup in the country. The Webby Foundation even named it the #1 Employment Website of 2014. Mike started his career working as a design engineer at Brookstone Inc. in Singapore, then as a mechanical engineer at ITT Corporation in Los Angeles designing radar systems for military grade UAVs. In 2010 Mike founded ZingCheckout, one of the first web-based POS systems, then he then founded Flowtab (mobile payment app for the nightlife industry) and remains very active in the payment industry. He also competes in triathlons and is in the process of setting a world record for the fastest marathon run while dribbling a basketball.

She works with a wide-range of lifestyle brands and clients including W Hotel, W Magazine, InStyle and Vogue. Her entrepreneurial success has received attention from media outlets E! News, MSNBC, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Good Morning New York. Peg has spoken at and been involved in Internet Week NY, Social Media Week NY, Social Media Week LA, Social Media Breakfast, and she is an Adjunct Professor at NYU Wasserman School in Social Media.
