Jim Jenkins – Chief Executive Officer of Universities East at Sodexo
Jim Jenkins is the CEO of Universities East at Sodexo Universities. They oversee a business portfolio with revenue of $1.7 billion and 35,000 employees. Mr. Jenkins supervises seven regions in the Universities business segment and he manages over 400 College and University partnerships. They are responsible for growth and the development of dining, custodial services, grounds, plant operations, maintenance, sports and leisure at schools around the country. With over 34 years of experience in the food service industry, Jim began his career with Sodexo in 1984 and his career has progressed through every possible position in the system.
