Matthew Peters is quickly becoming one of the show’s best friends. He was on a couple of months ago and taught us that webpages with videos on them are 600% more likely to be discovered. We have since started adding videos to all our pages, and the results have been tremendous. Sales are up. So I invited Matthew back again last month and we talked about best practices for YouTube channels and how to monetize them. Today, Matthew is with us and help us through our first Google Hangouts on Air, which is clearly a best practice for all SEO chasers.

Host Jim Beach was lucky enough to be included at the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony last year. He sat next to Ray Margiano, one of the night’s inductees. Ray started his career in the corporate world at Sikorsky Aircraft and Textron but left in the early 80’s to start Heel Quik, which he grew to over 700 units in 34 countries. In 2000, he started Foot Solutions and has grown it to 250 plus stores. Ray is perhaps more excited to share his Balance Walking regime and book. Its a 15 minute low impact exercise program for anyone and it improves alignment, exercises 90% of muscles and helps a person look and feel great.
