Elijah Watkins – Co-Founder of Festivus
Elijah Watkins is the co-founder of Festivus, an app designed to help festival organizers. He is responsible for marketing strategy, plan execution, and beta testing of the Festivus app. He also is assisting with designs of icons, logos, animations, etc. to creating brand awareness among consumers. His goal is to help inspire and motivate a team of 4+ to promote and execute Festivus objectives. He has won several awards including the Marketing Roundtable Outstanding Minority Scholarship, 2nd Place in the 2014 Herman J. Russell Panther Pitch Party, the Women’s Philanthropy Initiative Program Scholarship, and the Richard L. Heller Foundations of Service Award.
Mark Morgan – Private Health Exchanges Guru and Senior Strategist at Humana
Mark Morgan has been at the center of Humana’s private exchange business since its infancy. Mark is responsible for managing Humana’s private exchange strategy, developing markets and working with vendors to give employers access to the products and services that will help them achieve their benefits goals. Mark has an MBA from Cleveland State University, a finance degree from The University of Akron, and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
