Do What Matters Most: Lead with a Vision, Manage
with a Plan, Prioritize Your Time
Rob Shallenberger is devoted to helping individuals and organizations achieve their maximum potential. Rob has successfully led companies in four different industries and has a keen understanding of how to thrive in business. Rob has trained and coached hundreds of companies around the world, including many Fortune 500 organizations, in leadership, planning, and time-management. Previously, he served as an F-16 Fighter Pilot in the Air Force for 11 years. His new book is Do What Matters Most: Lead with a Vision, Manage with a Plan, Prioritize Your Time. Too often, workers spend their time reacting to the crisis of the day or ticking off unimportant items on their to-do list. But by learning a process that helps them schedule their priorities rather than prioritize their schedule, they make adequate time to address the important work that will actually produce results. Sixty-eight percent of people feel that their #1 challenge is how to prioritize their time and 80 percent don’t have an effective time-management process. The key to taking control of their schedules and allowing time for tasks that matters most is to cultivate three high-performance habits. These three habits work in unison to provide a sense of direction and attain a high productivity quotient.
Kathleen Ullmann – Founder of Its No Yoke
You will find IT’S NO YOKE® a steady ally to your
urban setting and travel needs.
Kathleen Ullmann is an inventor with a 50+ year career in education and healthcare and switched gears to create INY™ after discovering a gap in the market for a lightweight, durable solution to help her carry multiple bags, avoid strap slippage and be balanced during her daily commute. During the pandemic Kathleen dealt with US factory production delays and a myriad of challenges however she persevered and did a product “soft launch” in February and is currently building the brand and customer base. Kathleen’s story as a “Grandma-preneur” who completely changed careers after the age of 70 to invent a product from scratch is incredible. IT’S NO YOKE® (“INY™”) is a hands-free solution, worn on the shoulders, that makes carrying multiple bags easier. The thin, supple, lightweight, soft base has a channel through which a flexible pole runs to secure bags on each shoulder enabling balance and avoiding strap slippage. The target audience is pedestrians, commuters and shoppers who carry several bags and need free hands to hold other things: a child’s hand, phone, umbrella, dog leash, or a coffee cup.
