Nada Sanders, Ph.D. – Billions are invested in AI, yet 70% of AI initiatives don’t succeed. The reason lies in this crucial missing piece. This segment is about a crucial piece of AI that businesses are still missing. As artificial intelligence (AI) radically reshapes industries large and small, leaders are scrambling to adapt to an era dominated by LLMs and chatbots. But what if the future isn’t about bits and bytes replacing humans, but about something more revolutionary—machines and humans merging to create a new kind of business superintelligence? While businesses pour billions into AI—expected to top $151.1 billion by 2027—they’re missing a piece of the puzzle. Despite its speed and smarts, AI lacks two critical elements: common sense and context. AI simply can’t replicate the insights and decision-making of its flesh-and-blood counterparts. The secret to thriving in the AI era isn’t about investing in smart tech—it’s about creating a “humachine,” a smarter system of human-machine collaborations. To stake out a competitive edge in this AI-takes-over era, says AI thought leader Dr. Nada Sanders, a humachine is the only way forward. In her book The Humachine: AI, Human Virtues, and the Superintelligent Enterprise, Sanders provides a roadmap to help business leaders, executives, and managers recognize and unlock the potential of human-machine partnerships. She’s available to discuss: How to blend AI with human judgment for superior insights Why leaders must make changes now—before AI norms become difficult to reverse 5 principles leaders should know to create a successful AI-powered business Which technologies are worth the time and money, and which waste resources Strategies to quell employee AI fears, replacing worries with trust and confidence How to futureproof enterprises against the next waves of uncertainty and disruption. She is ranked by Stanford as one of the world’s top 2% of scientists, she’s a sought-after speaker and the author of 100-plus top-tier scholarly publications and seven books, including The Humachine: AI, Human Virtues, and the Superintelligent Enterprise.
