Ken Pasch brings over 30 years’ experience in revolutionizing leader development within a broad range of organizations, including the U.S. Military, Johnson & Johnson, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. He is founder of Ki Visions, Inc., which advises good people on how to become great leaders, and serves as faculty in executive education at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. Ken is a retired Lt. Colonel in the US. Air Force, where he served proudly and with distinction. His new book is “On Course: Become a Great Leader and Soar.”

Debra Corey – Author of Build It: The Rebel Playbook for World-Class Employee Engagement

Debra Corey is the Group Reward Director at Reward Gateway. She’s a Reward guru, having over 20 years experience as a rewards leader, speaker, teacher and an author of a book on employee communications. She’s most recently known as the co-author of “The Rebel Playbook for Employee Engagement,” which she’s wrote with Founder Glenn Elliott. She’s held senior HR roles at a number of well-known global organizations such as Gap, Honeywell, Quintiles, Morrisons, and Merlin Entertainments. Over the last 30 years, Debra and her teams have won a variety of industry awards for their strategic and innovative work with communication and employee engagement programs. In 2012, she was voted Benefits Professional of the year by Employee Benefits magazine. Debra speaks at conferences around the world on a variety of HR, communication and engagement topics, and also teaches professional HR courses for WorldatWork. Debra is a regular contributor of articles and blogs on a wide variety of HR topics.

Alysia Helming – TV and Film Producer, and Best-selling Author of Protogenesis: Before the Beginning

Alysia Helming started writing her own short stories and plays for the school in the third grade, and throughout her life has never forgotten her passion for writing. In 2000, Alysia coauthored a pilot for a TV series, “One Degree of Separation” and in 2006, she coordinated the local premiere of the feature-length movie “The Great Warming” starring Alanis Morissette and Keanu Reeves, assisting with the nationwide release of the film. As a former student in Screenwriting at University of California, Los Angeles, Alysia wrote a full-length feature film screenplay, “The Green Warrior.” “Protogenesis” is Alysia’s first novel. It will be the first in a seven-novel series, “The Protogena Chronicles”. She is enjoying her writing journey, traveling regularly between her home in the Oakland Hills and Athens, Greece, the primary setting for her novel series. From 2015-16, she visited Athens, Greece six times. Each trip, she met many friends and collaborators that helped her to thoroughly understand the rich culture, mythology and unique challenges that the Greek people face the current crisis there. As a result, her mission is to help Greece by offering a message of hope and to drive tourism there through her book series. When she isn’t writing, Alysia is considered a ‘Clean Energy Guru.’ She is the Executive Vice President of Green Reach, Inc., a diversified renewable energy company, and is a Board Director and a majority investor/owner in Pristine Sun, a major solar independent power producer in the United States.
