Jeff Sauro is a Principal at MeasuringU, a quantitative research firm based in Denver, Colorado. It focuses on the statistical analysis of human behavior and quantifying the user experience. Since 2004, they’ve been helping clients answer questions such as how usable is an application, what is the probability a user will purchase a product, how large of a sample size do we need, or which design is preferred. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver and has worked for Intuit and Oracle. He has published five books, most recently “Customer Analytics for Dummies.”
