Steve C. Preston is the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries International, a non-profit social enterprise whose mission is to help people reach their full potential through learning and the power of work. Steven has led major transformations of two private equity-owned companies as their CEO, headed two major federal agencies during times of national crisis as a member of the President’s cabinet, and served as a CFO for two Fortune 500 companies during times of significant change and restructuring. In his role at Goodwill, Preston leverages his management experience to further advance the network of autonomous local Goodwill® organizations as they work in their communities to help individuals achieve greater independence through employment. Currently, Preston also serves on the Wheaton College Board of Trustees, the Partnership for Public Service Board of Directors, and the Northwestern University Weinberg College Board of Visitors.

Frank Dalene is the president and CEO of Telemark, Inc., a construction services business he co-founded with his brother Roy in 1978. Over the past four decades, Telemark has become known for being a national leader, embracing the latest in energy efficiencies. Dalene is innovating the manner in which companies can assess their carbon footprint. Through his ICEMAN (International Carbon Equivalent Mechanism Attributed to Neutrality) methodology, companies can get an accurate snapshot of their product’s carbon emissions on a standardized scale. Dalene has presented keynotes across the world on sustainable construction, carbon neutrality, and ICEMAN. He also has been quoted or his work has appeared in such publications as The New York Times, New York Post, Architectural Digest, and The Wall Street Journal. He is also founder of Hamptons Green Alliance. He led the completion of the Hamptons Green Alliance House, the first building in the world to be certified carbon neutral in the construction phase.
