Daniel H. Gallancy is the CEO and a founding member of Atakama, a NYC-based information security software company. Atakama hardens security by providing a fully distributed cryptographic key management system as well as the elimination of shared secrets (passwords, ID numbers, etc.). Prior to founding Atakama, Mr. Gallancy spent ten years in the asset management industry. Mr. Gallancy was an investment professional at Beaconlight Capital and, before that, at Alson Capital Management. Mr. Gallancy’s areas of focus included semiconductor capital equipment, IT hardware, software and telecommunications.

Art Johnson, CEO of Infinity Systems, Inc., a management consulting firm where he helps leaders identify and rectify organizational misalignment. Previously, he implemented a strategic plan to improve alignment at Medtronic, the world’s largest medical technology company. His new book is The Art of Alignment: A Data-Driven Approach to Lead Aligned Organizations.  Art realized the importance of alignment as his career job responsibilities have spanned multiple disciplines and industries. His competitive spirit, highlighted in collegiate athletics, inspired him to leverage his experience, knowledge and network to form ISI. Art developed a reputation for strong team leadership, cost savings and revenue generation. The creation of OrgametricsTM has given Art the platform to share his successes on a broader scale. In 1989, Art began his career with  IBM. Qwest Communications recruited Art for vice president of internet services in telecommunications. Soon after, he was promoted to corporate officer when he accepted the position of vice president and general manager of large business sales. In 2008, Art joined Medtronic Incorporated. His successes in medical device, telecommunications and information technology are evident by his President Club participation in every industry.
