James Rosebush, Founder and CEO of Growth Strategy Inc., was a Deputy Assistant to President Reagan, the Chief of Staff to First Lady Nancy Reagan, and a Senior Advisor at the White House. For over twenty years he has been CEO of an international consulting firm, GrowthStrategy, Inc., advising on management strategies, finance, marketing, and communications, throughout the world. He is a widely recognized leader in building and managing corporate, wealth management, family office, and philanthropic organizations. James was awarded a 1999 “Telly” for his documentary Hands on the Wall, a Discovery Channel program on Thomas Jefferson’s building of Monticello. In his latest book, Winning Your Audience: Deliver a Message with the Confidence of a President, James draws on several decades of experience working with presidents, politicians, and business leaders to write his own manual for delivering a message with confidence and lays out the keys to “The Reagan speech template”.
Kate Lanz is the Founder and CEO of Mindbridge, a UK-based global leadership company specializing in the power of modern neuroscience and releasing latent brain potential. Prior to founding Mindbridge, she has had a successful international corporate career, notably as an International General Manager with Diageo as well as successfully establishing single country companies to multi-country businesses in both the branded spirits and beer sectors. Having published numerous articles on coaching and book chapters on coaching supervision and team coaching, Kate is very active in the coaching community and coaches globally on a wide range of general and tailor-made executive programs at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre.
