Ryan Cleckner served as a special operations sniper team leader with the U.S. Army’s elite 1st Ranger Bn. on multiple combat deployments. Ryan is a graduate of the premier Special Operations Target Interdiction Course (SOTIC), among other military training courses, and has taught snipers and police sharpshooters from around the world. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University. He had originally pursued medical school and had completed all of his pre-medical requirements, however, as an older student, he decided that he had already had enough sleepless nights in the military and didn’t go to medical school. AS part of his entrepreneurial efforts, Ryan has a series of online instructional videos known for their ability to explain complex topics in a simple and digestible way. Ryan is an attorney and has just started a safety company called Mayday.

She started her career as a Financial Advisor in Houston, Texas. She has been an active member of Bank of America’s Diversity Council, has served on Merrill Lynch’s Director Advisory Council to Management and has held numerous market leadership roles across the country. Sharon has held leadership positions in United Way, March of Dimes and Communities in Schools.
