Jon Levy – Human Behavior Scientist and Author of The 2 AM Principle: Discover the Science of Adventure

Jon Levy is a behavior scientist best known for his work in influence, networking and adventure. He is the author of “The 2 AM Principle: Discover the Science of Adventure,” and the Founder of The Influencers Dinner, a secret dining experience that has been attend by hundreds of Nobel laureates, Olympians, celebrities, executives, royalty, and more. In his free time, Jon works on outrageous projects. He spent a year traveling weekends to the world’s greatest events (Grand Prix, Art Basel, Sundance, Burning Man, Running of the Bulls, Cannes, etc.) and barely survived to tell the tale. Prior to that, taking control of his health and wellness, he was a before-and-after fitness model for a 90-day video training program. Other projects have included unscripted television, mobile apps, books and alcohol development, to name a few. As a by-product of his projects and travels, Jon has fostered a reputation for being one of the foremost experts on Adventure. With more than 15 years experience in the digital landscape, Jon has worked with countless brands and companies to support their efforts for consumer engagement, customer acquisition, and product development. Applying the latest research in neuroscience and behavior, proven best practices and trend watching, Jon has developed solutions that delight his clients and their customers alike.

Nathan Ryan – CEO at Toi

Nathan Ryan is a 10-year veteran of the creative services industry and has consulted on and designed projects of various shapes and size throughout his career. He developed his leadership and creative skills while working with The Walt Disney Company and co-founding Proxart, an organization and publication dedicated to creating art and community in cities around the world. These opportunities lead him to start working with early-stage startups funded by Mark Cuban as a founding member of Toi—a new kind of digital agency committed to predictable processes, transparent pricing, and sustainable staffing. Now, five years later, as CEO of Toi Nathan oversees the company’s strategy, operations, and client happiness. His past experience includes multi-disciplined leadership roles in strategy, UX/UI and graphic design, marketing, entrepreneurship, and technology. He is also an avowed policy and public service wonk, advising and working on campaigns in association with Immigrant Heritage Month and others alongside The White House.
