Rock Thomas – Sales trainer and Make it Happen Expert

Rock Thomas has captivated audiences everywhere. In a true rags-to-riches story, Rock overcame personal obstacles to turn his life around. From humble beginnings that started on a farm just off the Island of Montréal, Rock rose to the top to become a self-made millionaire, owning several successful businesses including six RE/MAX franchises, with over 250 salespeople. His RE/MAX franchises are consistently voted the top-producing offices in Quebec. In fact, he managed to increase sales an impressive 15-50% every year during his 17 years in Real Estate. Rock was recognized for his business leadership when he took 1st Place for Business Excellence and Professionalism, by the Montreal Chamber of Commerce. Rock knew there was something missing from his life that money wasn’t filling. So he embarked on a quest for knowledge. For four years, he traveled the world, investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal development and success training. He studied one-on-one with only the finest teachers, including Deepak Chopra, John Gray, David Wolf, Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield, and Steven Covey, just to name a few. In 2003, he formed Rock Thomas International, a personal development, and training company. Rock has now taken his passion for life and keen entrepreneurial skills to the world. Today Rock Thomas is living his life to the fullest.

Dr. Richard Bulliet –  Author of The Wheel: Inventions and Reinventions (Columbia Studies in International and Global History)

Dr. Bulliet retired from the History Department of Columbia University in 2015 after 39 years of service. Before that he taught at Harvard for six years and at UC Berkeley for two. The only thing that redeems him from being identified as a pure academic is the enjoyment he derives from writing fiction. His first novel, Kicked to Death by a Camel, was nominated for an Edgar in the category of Best First Mystery. Some readers have maintained that the best thing about it was the title! his novels enabled him to make stories out of my personal experiences, mostly during travels to the Middle East. His  academic writings deal either with Islam, human-animal relations, or the history of technology. In all three cases, His greatest satisfaction comes from asking unusual or previously unasked questions and exploring innovative methods in trying to answer them. His most recent book, The Wheel: Inventions and Reinventions, was a joy to research and write since it dealt with the entire world from 4000 BCE onward.
