Eamon Rooney – Strategic Leadership Coach at Success Pathfinder and Author of Get Naked: How to Create A Business You Love Through Radical Transparency

One of our fears is standing naked in front of a group of people.
When you are a leader, you need to be that way. You need to be
transparent so people understand where you are going.

A Harvard Business Review reveals that 58% of people say they trust strangers more than their own boss. One of the core requirements for any business in a high performing, positive, or supportive environment is trust. Eamon Rooney, bestselling author of Get Naked: How to Create A Business You Love Through Radical Transparency, provides a unique approach to building a business that people want to work for and that customers what to buy from. Eamon is originally from Ireland, but he took a job as a sales engineer in Japan and built a business from scratch on behalf of a European electronics company and doubled sales every year for 4 years. He moved back to Europe with that company, earned an MBA and eventually worked his way up to becoming a CEO of their Americas business, which covered North and South America. Within months of taking the position the dot-com bubble burst. He spent the next 3 years figuring out how to turn-around the 4 businesses that he was leading. Rooney developed a concept that helped him turn his business around and made him determined to help other small business owners who were struggling as he did. Rooney has been a business coach for the past 11 years and is the CEO and founder of Success Pathfinder.
