Tim Ringo, Chartered FCIPD, is a senior executive, board advisor, author and popular conference speaker, based in London. Ringo’s nearly 30-year career in HR management consulting and HR software gives him a unique perspective on how engaged people harnessing smart technology is transforming the world of work. He began his career in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1990 where he was Managing Director, in Accenture’s Talent and Organization, Service Line. In 2006, he was recruited to IBM Global Business Services where he led IBM’s global Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting practice where he led a team of more than 1,500 Human Capital consulting professionals around the world. Most recently he was Vice President, SAP SuccessFactors. He led SuccessFactors HR Advisory Practice for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Tim is the author of the latest book, Solving the Productivity Puzzle: How to Engage, Motivate and Develop Employees to Improve Individual and Business Performance, a practical guide for all people management professionals to address the challenge of stagnating people productivity. Tim is currently writing his next book, The Accidental Globalist for publication in 2021.
