Oscar & Kiya Frazier – nDemand Consulting
A huge part of being successful in the Federal space is building
relationships and nurturing those relationships. These can lead to opportunities, recommendations and ongoing work.
Oscar and Kiya Frazier have achieved the dream of successfully starting and running their own business, nDemand Consulting. Millions of couples take on the challenge of starting and building a business together, but working together can present stress that not every couple is prepared to handle. That stress can translate into trouble for the relationship or the business – or even both. Oscar and Kiya strive to help couples in business develop structure and strategies that nurture the balance between business and home. Working closely together is a dream that grows from love and enthusiasm, and Oscar and Kiya have developed strategies to help themselves and others achieve that dream. They advise couple-preneurs on areas including building a stress management plan, trust and respect boundaries, optimizing your combined efforts, avoiding communication breakdowns, the art of unplugging, and letting the bedroom be a bedroom! Oscar has experience ranging from managing $30MM+ consulting portfolios, owning/operating a 12,000+ square-foot restaurant with over 150 employees with $1.4MM annual sales, to fostering efficiencies and process improvement for small, medium, and large organizations. Kiya is a charismatic leader with over 17 years of experience within both public and private sectors, focusing on global crisis management, business development, brand strategy, and communications.
