Mitch Russo – Former CEO of Tony Robbins/Chet Holmes Company, Author of #1 Best Seller of Invisible Organization, and Coach

Mitch Russo started as an Electrical Engineer, but he has spent time selling computer chips, in the software business as the founder of Timeslips Corp (sold to Sage Plc), in the VC community, and as the CEO of FurnitureFan.com. In 2007, his 21 year friendship with Chet Holmes led him to work with him directly. He became the CEO/President of Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes Business Breakthroughs joint venture after starting at the bottom, part time helping recruit sales people for Chet. As part of that assignment, he built the recruitment division for Chet and tripled his sales force, by taking his basic tools and systematizing them using policies & procedures along with software to improve results. This paved the way for his book on invisible organizations. He explains how to build teams with no office space, just employees that you have never met!
