Ian Lamont is the creator of the Lean Media framework which helps creative people and production teams develop more relevant media. She is a television personality, car columnist and author of The Garage Girl’s Guide To Everything You Need To Know About Your Car. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she is the daughter of race car driver Jerry Hansen, who is a 27-time Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) national racing champion. Courtney literally grew up on a racetrack, as her family owned Brainerd International Raceway in Minnesota.
