Dr. Simon Mills is a New York-based author of 34 books, and a successful entrepreneur with over thirty years of business experience. Mills founded London Music Group (LMG) with business partner Wazza Bray in 1990 and grew that company to the number one commercial music production house in the country, winning award after award and culminating in the world’s best jingle award. Simon grew LMG Digital Media in the US to attract customers as significant as Hyatt, AIG, BBDO, CBS, Starbucks, Pepsi, The Economist and many more. In 2018, Simon acquired technology company, Zentyal, a windows server replacement platform in Zaragoza, Spain. Currently, Dr. Mills is a Founding Partner at Ignition Capital Investment Bank and leads their deal and capital procurement activities. As a writer, Simon’s current focus is on books for children, mostly because he still considers himself one. Dr. Mills also recently ghoswrote Governor Paterson’s book, Black, Blind, & In Charge.

Lauren Siclare is a mom entrepreneur who took a common problem and would a solution. Her business cleans messy, germ-filled car seats right at your house. Great franchise idea! She left her job at Google to fan the spark of an idea she had in a daycare pickup line. The pandemic instantly paused all of Lauren’s corporate partnerships (gyms, kids stores) but she was able to use that time to elevate her strategy and internally streamline her brand so when her corporate partners opened back up she was more than ready!

As a member of the Executive Team, Wei-Li led the cultural turnaround and people strategy which has been credited to transforming the business and delivering record results. Prior to joining KinderCare, Wei-Li was SVP, Human Resources at Ann Inc, the women’s retailer known primarily for its brand Ann Taylor. At both companies, Wei-Li brought in Mind Gym as a strategic partner to deliver cultural change that drove a turnaround in business performance.
