Lauren has spent over a decade helping hundreds of people navigate their professional career paths and working with organizations to make them healthy and productive. She leads internal learning and development at Degreed, a learning and upskilling platform. Previously, at Raffa-Marcum, she created leadership development offerings and worked with boards to hire, coach, and advise executives in the nonprofit and social sector. Prior roles include running CareerHub, a technology platform / job board for job seekers at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and seven years at Accenture as a management consultant. Lauren received a BA in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, where she is currently doing an executive master’s and doctoral program in organizational leadership and learning. A former collegiate competitive swimmer, Lauren has a certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.
