David Wolf is the founder of Smallbiz America, a content generation and marketing network. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience, including as the producer at Crywolf Productions, Inc. where he produced content for radio, TV, film, and multimedia. Just a few of his clients have included Amblin Universal, Disney, Discovery Channel, Kindercare, Miller Brewing, and Exxon. Through all of these years of experience he gained the knowledge and networks of media connections necessary to create Smallbiz America, an interview based audio blog and radio show that is a source of information for entrepreneurs. He also purchased the assets of a popular southwest regional wholesale and retail bakery in Chapter 7 and brought it back to profitability.

Steven Dresner was the founder and chief executive officer of Dealflow Media which was acquired by TheStreet (NASDAQ: TST) and now provides corporate strategy at Dealflow.com. He brings experience as an investment banker with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. and was also the founder and chief executive officer of VCOM Corporation which was acquired by Utility.com. Steven has years of experience managing businesses in the fields of software development, data networking, financial databases, and media. He earned his BS in psychology from George Washington University, an MBA in finance, and a graduate degree in computer communications and networks from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Steven is co-author and editor of six books including Reverse Mergers: And Other Alternatives to Traditional IPOs
