Ivan Flores – Founder and CEO of The Buffalo Spot
Ivan Flores began his career as a youth living in his mother’s home. When he saw that she needed help to pay the bills, he sought out odd jobs and to aid her in supporting the family. He was delivering fish when he first dreamed of opening a business of his own. His initial venture, a restaurant, failed, but he persevered and founded another restaurant, The Buffalo Spot. This new business fared better, spreading swiftly across Southern California and into Arizona and Texas. Now, he is a startup franchiser working to continue the expansion of his brand. From delivering fish to fishing for franchisees, Ivan knows a thing or two about life as an entrepreneur and understands the willpower needed to keep going. He takes pride in The Buffalo Spot’s family-oriented culture and is motivated to help his franchisees thrive in their business.
