Brian Dally – CEO and Co-founder of Groundfloor – Highlights here
Brian Dally and his co-founder Nick Bhargava have built a crowd funding platform for real estate! Such a cool idea. We have talked about every other type of crowd funding, why not real estate?!?! Their first project is about half funded now. The platform is called Groundfloor and was born in the Research Triangle in North Carolina. Groundfloor connects real estate developers with individual investors. This new kind of financing cuts out the banks and other undesirable middlemen and by leveraging the transparency of the Internet, real estate developers can achieve unparalleled financial flexibility to build new projects. And likewise, investors get access to great deals. Previously, Brian led a team within Bandwidth.com that resulted in the concept, brand and launch of Republic Wireless.
