Michael C. Harley is a businessman, journalist, and automotive industry analyst and enthusiast. Michael previously held the Executive Director position at Kelley Blue Book; a California-based vehicle valuation and automotive research company, where he served as a public-facing brand ambassador tasked with expanding the reach, authority, and credibility of the company among consumers and industry executives.
