Meghan Fitzgerald is an academic, investor, board member and global healthcare operator and strategist. A former nurse, she is now a Managing Partner at LetterOne Group, an international investment business with $25 billion of capital under management, where she runs the healthcare vertical for this fund. Her study on the health of executive women in the Fortune 500 was featured in the Harvard Business Review. Her new book is Ascending Davos: A Career Journey from the Emergency Room to the Boardroom. She began her career on the front lines of patient care before pivoting into strategic and operating roles throughout the Fortune 500 at companies like Merck, Pfizer, Medco Health Solutions and Cardinal Health. Today she is a managing partner in a $25B global private equity firm where she leads their healthcare investment strategies; an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health; and a board member for Tenet Health, Seniorlink, ABB Optical, K2 Health Ventures, and Destination Pet.

Andy has held several leadership positions in sales and marketing. Outside of work, Andy serves on the Board of Directors for the American Diabetes Association.
