He is also Co-owner of RCM. He is also Founder/CEO of Route, a technology software/app that is a solution for the commercial cleaning and field service industry. Ricardo started in the commercial cleaning industry 12 years ago and built the Rozalado brand 10 years ago with his wife, dad, cousin and family.
