Stanley C. Middleman is the founder and serves as the President and CEO of Freedom Mortgage, one of the largest and fastest-growing, independent mortgage companies in the country. He is a nationally recognized business strategist, investor, and philanthropist, with nearly 40 years of experience within the mortgage banking industry. Since founding Freedom Mortgage in 1990, Stan has grown the company into one of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, both as an originator and servicer. Additionally, Stan is an investor and Vice Chairman of the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team. Stan’s biography, “Seeing Around Corners,” published by Forbes Books, chronicles his career and shares lessons for entrepreneurs and leaders. In 2024, for the fourth time in a row, Freedom Mortgage was honored with the Top Workplaces USA Award.
