Patrick Burke, a CPA and attorney, is the managing partner of Burke & Schindler, CPAs, a firm he founded in 1984. Burke is a respected expert in business acquisitions and sales, deal structuring, value building, and succession planning. Burke has been a featured lecturer on entrepreneurship at The University of Dayton and numerous seminars. He is a former member of the “Forty Under 40” business leaders in Cincinnati and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio and American Bar Associations. Currently, he is Chairman of the board of directors of a closely held $70 million medical consulting company and board member (including chairman of the audit and compensation committees) of a closely held $500 million real estate services business and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
