Sarah Ellis did not know back in 2001 when she started at Cooper Lighting to work her way through college that she would fall in love with the art & science of natural and artificial light. After 3 years at Cooper Lighting, Sarah left her technical support role to join the specification team at a lighting and lighting control agency & dedicated 8 years to the development of relationships with specifiers, contractors, distributors & manufacturers by providing a high level of technical expertise & project development. As managing principal of American Sun Control Commercial Division, Sarah utilizes her extensive industry experience to ensure the expectations of the client are not only met, but exceeded.  When she is not on a jobsite or office you will find her outside doing something active, volunteering for charity, church or enjoying family. American Sun Control – Commercial Division I provides design & installation services for window treatments & lighting controls. They work closely with the business owners, designers, architects and general contractors.
