Sridhar Ramaswamy – CEO and co-founder of Neeva

Neeva is the world’s first completely ad free, private
search engine, paid for by its customers.

Sridhar Ramaswamy

Having spent over 20 years in big tech, Sridhar Ramaswamy now focuses on harnessing technology to serve people, rather than exploit them as big tech currently does.  He is currently the CEO and co-founder of Neeva, the world’s first ad-free consumer-focused search service built with privacy in its      foundation. Sridhar joined Greylock Partners, a leading venture capital firm, in 2018, following an extraordinary 15 years at the helm of what is arguably Google’s most important business. As the company’s SVP of Advertising and Commerce, Sridhar oversaw all of Google’s advertising and commerce products, including search, display and video advertising, analytics, shopping, payments, and travel. He not only has a unique understanding of how big tech monetizes consumer data and the business tactics they use to maintain market dominance, he has first hand knowledge of what it takes to compete head on. Neeva is the world’s first ads-free, private subscription search engine. Neeva focuses entirely on the consumer, delivering only real, high quality, trustworthy results. Neeva blocks third-party website trackers, and will never sell or share customer data with any third party, especially advertisers. Neeva also makes it easy to search within personal email accounts, calendars, and cloud storage platforms surfacing the most important information from the same familiar search box. Neeva has also made foundational commitments to helping the creator and publisher ecosystem thrive. Neeva was founded by former executives from Google and YouTube.

Brad Close – CEO of National Federation of Independent Businesses

There are plenty of things in the proposed Biden bills that
should have most small business owners really worried.

Brad Close

Brad Close was the National Federation of Small Business Senior Vice President for Public Policy during his last visit on the show, but he was promoted since, and is now the CEO! Small businesses are struggling and their difficulties could grow worse if taxes are raised on them to pay for the $2.3 trillion American Jobs Plan, $1.8 trillion American Families Plan, and the $3.5 trillion Reconciliation Budget Plan.  The #1 problem business owners report is not finding enough qualified workers, and new taxes would undermine their ability to offer competitive compensation in this unprecedented labor market. To help save small businesses, the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) is launching the Small Business Survival Campaign which opposes tax increases that impede the recovery of small businesses.  NFIB Spokespeople are available to discuss their plan to save America’s small businesses.

Ben Golden – Founder of IRS Trouble Solvers, LLC

I like the IRS. They pay for things we need. I don’t like
some of their practices.

Ben Golden

Ben Golden is the CEO and Founding member of IRS Trouble Solvers, LLC, an organization helping individuals and businesses with wage garnishments, tax liens, delinquent tax returns, advisory bankruptcy services, and more. Ben takes a very different approach on each unique case and develops a thorough plan that will resolve tax problems efficiently and effectively. Tax resolution is not just a profession to Ben. It is, indeed, personal as he has had his own experiences dealing with the IRS fighting to right issues which arose from Identity Theft and false tax filings against him. These issues brought him into repeated interactions with law enforcement and various IRS agents and, ultimately, the engagement of a Taxpayer Advocate. The experience only reaffirmed what Ben already knew: Individuals and professionals untrained in tax resolution are at a tremendous disadvantage dealing with the IRS. As an Enrolled Agent, Ben knew how the IRS worked, and yet it was still extremely frustrating to know what needed to be done and not be able to get their help. He could only imagine how someone who doesn’t know or understand the IRS must feel. Ben is passionate about helping people that find themselves in the scary situation of owing the IRS money find peace, protection, and posterity.

John Seager – President and CEO of Population Connection

He has been a guest lecturer at more than 80 colleges and has spoken to numerous environmental, religious, and community groups across the U.S. on the environmental and human costs of rapid population growth.
